Stepz Club is a brand operated by MRCS SERVICES LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its registered address at 150 Washington Avenue, Suite 201, Santa Fe, NM 87501, United States. Customer support: support@stepzclub.com. This document applies to all orders placed on stepzclub.store.

1. Who we are

These Terms of service govern your use of stepzclub.store and every purchase you make on it. The store is operated by MRCS SERVICES LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of New Mexico, United States, under the brand name Stepz Club. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean MRCS SERVICES LLC.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of service, our Shipping policy, our Return and refund policy and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Products and product information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Product images are for illustration. Colors can look different depending on your screen, and measurements can vary slightly from the size information shown on the product page. We do not guarantee that any product is suitable for a particular purpose beyond its ordinary use.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, before or after the order confirmation, if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or product information, if we are unable to verify the payment or the delivery address, or if we have reason to suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.

6. Prices, currency and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Depending on your location, prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency at the exchange rate applied at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay to us. Sales tax or VAT collected by us is shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged in the destination country are not included and are the responsibility of the customer, as explained in our Shipping policy.

Payment is taken when you place the order. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the period and conditions stated, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and have no cash value.

7. Shipping

Products are shipped directly from China by a third-party fulfillment partner. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days and delivered in an estimated 8 to 16 business days after dispatch. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Full details, including customs charges, are in our Shipping policy.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Return and refund policy. Under that policy you are not required to send the product back to us. Contact us at support@stepzclub.com within the period stated in the policy and we will review your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right of withdrawal, described in our Return and refund policy, and you benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity for the goods you buy. In case of conflict between these terms and your mandatory statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

10. Intellectual property

The content of stepzclub.store, including text, images, logos, design and software, belongs to MRCS SERVICES LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, and not to place fraudulent orders or submit false information.

12. Third-party services

The store uses third-party services for payment, shipping, analytics and email. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or events outside our reasonable control. This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MRCS SERVICES LLC against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the store, to the extent permitted by the laws of your place of residence.

15. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
